Prenatal yoga is specifically tailored to suit women through every stage of their pregnancy. Classes are small, ensuring that students are given the attention they need, and run for 60 minutes. Common poses are modified to suit your changing body, as well as other practices to help strengthen, stabilise and release the body in preparation for birth.
Lucy is a registered prenatal yoga teacher with a wealth of experience working with pregnant women, as well as drawing on her experiences through her own very different pregnancies. Pregnant students are welcomed and encouraged to join Lucy's General and Back to Basics classes – please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure Lucy can discuss appropriate modifications with you.
