LITTLE STRETCH is a 4-week course designed especially for new parents in the early months of their parenting journey. Over the course of the program, you will be taken through yoga-based postures and practices targeting the areas that commonly bear the brunt of parenting life. 

LITTLE STRETCH is a wonderfully gentle way to establish a regular yoga practice with your babe in arms, while offering you the awareness and confidence in your body to attend a general yoga class.

In each class we focus on:

  • building strength and tone in the abdomen and lower back

  • postures to relieve tension in the upper body

  • modifications to common yoga poses

  • breathwork and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and relieve stress

  • connecting with the pelvic floor

  • poses and sequences to practise at home

Yes! Sometimes your baby will cry during class, and that's ok! You are encouraged to feed, change, cuddle and comfort baby when needed, but we also understand that sometimes babies (and parents too) are just having a shitty day, and need to have a cry. Go for it babies. You and your carers are in a safe and supportive environment. 

Places are strictly limited to 8 babies, ensuring that you get the most out of your practice. We do welcome couples and/additional support people at a reduced cost, please get in touch for more information.

We endeavour to make the class welcoming and inclusive for all. This is a LGBTQI+ safe space.

No yoga experience is necessary. Classes are suitable for babies up to pre-crawling. Birth parents are advised to wait until their baby is at least 8 weeks old before attending.

Cost: $130 full/$110 concession for 5 week course.
